Maadi

Another neighborhood that expats and foreigners love to live in. Maadi is like a closed community. It is calm, and not much of a nightspot like Zamalek. However, you can find there some small bars, and restaurants run and owned by foreigners offering specialties from their authentic cuisines. Maadi is also known for being a green area full of beautiful gardens and is one of the cleanest neighborhoods in Cairo. It is also pet friendly and a place that encourages you to maintain a healthy lifestyle, you will find a lot of residents there cycling, jogging, and running around the blocks.
